Photoshop Seminar - Phil Scarsbrook - Sunday September 16th - Noon to 6PM

Sponsored by Capitol Filmworks Color Imaging - Presented by GCPPA

This seminar will focus on all the great new features of Photoshop/Bridge CS-3 but will be very educational even if you are still using an older version and Phil is equally adept with Windows or Mac platforms. Write down any problems and/or new techniques you want to learn and be sure to ask them. If Phil was on Jeopardy and the subject was Photoshop - he would break the bank!!

He is an Adobe Certified Expert in the last four versions of Photoshop and has a bachelors degree with a double major in Photography and a minor in Graphic Design from Troy State University. He has 10 years photojournalism experience with the Montgomery Advertiser where he served as Chief Photographer. He also has 10 years commercial photography shooting fashion and product photography for a national department store chain. Additionally, Phil has also been an adjunct instructor at Auburn University at Montgomery teaching Intermediate & Advanced Photography and Photojournalism. He has conducted numerous photography and Photoshop seminars across the country for a variety of business and Professional Photography Guilds. He has also served as company photographer for the Alabama Shakespeare Festival for the past 21 years. For the past 8 years he has served as Chief Graphics Designer and Department Head for Capitol Filmworks Inc.

The seminar will be held at the Five Rivers Center on the Mobile Bay Causeway in the Tensaw Digital Theatre. Mid-afternoon coffee, sodas and snacks furnished by GCPPA. Registration fee will be $35.00 per person but anyone with a student ID can attend for $20.00.
